Sequim's Got Talent!

On September 18th, students from Sequim High School participated in a Talent Show to help raise funds for the Sequim Shisou City Sister City Assoiciation Student Ambassador Program. The funds raised will help students travel to Japan in October.
Wolves JV Cheerleader, Columbia Haupt, participated in the event by performing her Native Americal Cultural Dance. The modern Day Pow-Wow is an exciting show of dancing, singing, drumming and creativity. There are many catagories of dancing and all ages can be seen participating in their chosen style and catagory. Dancers reflect their tribal and family identity in their beadwork, ribbonwork and specific dance steps. Great job, Columbia, participating in such an event. I love to see the talents and achievements of our Cheerleaders in other areas and aspects of their lives.
