Husky Band Days!!
So, every year we travel with the SHS Marching Band to Seattle for Husky Band Days, where the cheerleaders learn a routine from the Husky Cheerleaders and Poms, along with about 30 other schools. Then, everyone performs during half-time. It's usually pretty FUN, and this year, aside from the fact that UDUB lost to Stanford, was no exception. It was a beautiful day, and it was a great trip!

Thank You!
I just want to give a shout out and say thanks to my girls. I think you all should know how much I appreciate you and what a great group of girls you are. I appreciate how you all get along with one another - that there aren't any clicks or groups that exclude others. I appreciate how you've welcomed and helped the JV girls to feel important, and that we are all part of the same team! You are all great and I appreciate you because it makes my job a lot easier having girls like you on my squad! Keep up the Great Work!! Love, Carmen.
Wolves 17 Cascade Christian 14!
It was a great win last night against #15 state-ranked Cascade Christian! It was a nail biter and so exciting to watch! I'm so glad we won - it made the dance that much more FUN! Thanks everyone, including JV, for all your help with the dance and clean up. Thanks, too, to the parents that chaparoned - we appreciate you SO MUCH!! An especially BIG Thank You to Lindsay for all her help in making the dance a success. I heard lots of good comments about the dance, including the DJ and where the dance was held. I think everyone had a good time.
You are all AWESOME!!
